Vera Maureas:
Vera received her Associate of Arts in Music from Sacramento City College in California. Vera has taught music in California public schools for 38 years. She taught in our local Huntington Beach City School District from 1981 to 1995 when she retired from public school.
Her professional music career included playing in the Sacramento Symphony, Shasta Symphony, Santa Ana College Symphony, Orange Coast College Community Symphony, Fullerton College Symphony, and Crystal Cathedral Orchestra. Vera has taught privately throughout her teaching career after school and on weekends.
